The life of a 911 Dispatcher is very stressful we are always the first contact that the public has with the Police Fire or Emt in case of an emergency. We have to calm down the caller find out what the problem is and get help enroute within about a 30 secound time frame.Safty is one of the main concerns of a dispatcher not only for the public but for our Officers and Fire and Emt officers as well the world is full of crazy people and you never know when one might pick today to do something stupid and tragic
